Allison Retina Stewart curator & founder of Free Juice is a Photograpaher, NBA photo editor, Entrepreneur & Artist from Houston who now lives in New Jersey. This was the first Free Juice event and it was very comfortable and home felt. From the lowkey but welcoming black owned venue called Nabe Harlem which is located at 2367 Fredrick Douglas Blvd, New York New York.
To the outstanding food choices and impromptu conversations that had everyone getting to know one another in an organic but intentional way. The night was filled with gratitude and comfort as the room was also filled with a very melodic but head knodding music mix by Green Tea Radio. The event was also filmed by outstanding filmographer KAY The creator to give us some cinematic visuals of the atmosphere when it’s all done.
To crown the night it was a pleasure to hear from phenomenal Braid Therapist Valerie Sampayo and witness a performance by the tenor and holistical voiced artist and entrepreneur who is also from New Jersey Shane Fuller also known as Haze. He gave three very important songs that left everyone feeling affirmed, in the their feelings and wanted to tell anyone who was giving bad vibes “ separate the from me. “
It was a wonderful time getting to chat with different individuals that either are in the same business craft as you or you learn from them on how to surround yourself with successful hearted people. Below you will find images and connections to those who were involved in the first Free Juice event along with some captured images and a download link of the photos to recap the night for those who did not attend. Hope to see you at the next one.
